From Islam to Christ

What it means

This node holds the accounts of people from a Muslim background who came to trust Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, shared with deep respect for those who earnestly seek the one true God. The theme honors a costly journey: many who follow Christ from Islam face the loss of family, community, and sometimes safety, echoing Jesus' warning that following Him may divide a household (Matthew 10:34-39) and His promise of reward to those who leave all for His sake (Mark 10:29-30). Often these testimonies recount a hunger for assurance of forgiveness and nearness to God that is answered when they encounter the crucified and risen Christ, who freely grants what no scale of deeds could earn. They reflect God's heart that all peoples come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4) and His promise that those who seek Him with all their heart will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). Handled with care and never with triumphalism, each story magnifies Christ as the One who reveals the Father and reconciles sinners to God.
